		<description>in israel its not that easy but according to expierence of russia privatization can work. for example some village zones can be privatizated by israeli citizens and center of the country and historically important land (like zfat) can be privatizated for just 59 years and aftewards goes back to country.</description>

I agree that the benefits of market efficiency are not worth the price of losing a country.
I doubt many Israelis would want to see Saudi Arabia buy a few dozen billion dollars worth of land.</description>
